She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Brown Martin, Sr.; her parents, Robert Earl Waldrop and Clara Opal Waldrop (Armstrong); and her brother Glenn Allen Waldrop. She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Newsome (Allen) of Mableton, GA, Martha Martin (Scott Hammond) of Houston, TX and Charles Martin, Jr. (Venicia) of Henagar, AL; her brothers, Elton Waldrop (Lutrell) of Charleston, SC and Nelson Waldrop (Marlene) of Murray, KY; her grandson Jeremy Leon Martin of Henager, AL; and her stepgrandsons, Daniel Smalley (Ashley) of Henagar, AL, Bradley Smalley of Las Vegas, NV and Tristan Hammond.
