He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hank Theo Truett, Sr. and Irene Mobley Truett; his wife Arla Ellefaye Morgan Truett; his son David Truett; his great grandchild Leo Duncan; and his children, Teresa Luck (Dean) of Waynesville, GA., Dennis Truett (Cindy) of Mableton, GA., Zada Thomas (Keith) of Hickox, GA. and Lewis Wayne Truett, Jr. (Sam) of Woodstock. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
