He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Sluyter Smith; his grandson Jared Stark; and his sister Mary Jane Sexton Brewer. He is survived by: his children, Tamara Stark (Craig) of Dallas, David Smith of Mableton, Paige Heaton (Roland) of Marietta and Brandon Brantley of Mableton; and his grandchildren, Abagail Stark, Aaron Stark (Kayleigh), Christopher Smith, Ethan Stark and Amelia Henderson. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
