She was predeceased by: her parents, John Harley Ledford and Margaret Elizabeth James Ledford; and her brothers, Walter Clay Ledford, Joseph Cecil Ledford, Sherman Carl Ledford, James Garfield Ledford, Robert Earl Ledford, Horace Roosevelt Ledford, Howard Ledford and Charles Ledford.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Buffington (Melanie), Sharon Monroe (David) and Steven Buffington (Connie); and her grandsons, Blake Buffington (Lindsey), Wesley Clackum (Kristen), Wade Buffington and Cole Buffington. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and two great-grandsons.
