She is survived by: her friends, Broker, Doc Ellison, Associates and Century; her children, Toni Lynn (Stephen Kimball), Billy Franklin Jr. (Gwenn Edwards), Jeri Ann (Donald Steele) and Samuel Ray Edwards (Cassy Johns); and her grandchildren, Shayla Edwards of Jacksonville, FL, Sara Edwards Richard of Jacksonville, FL, John Edwards of Jacksonville, FL, Robert Edwards of Jacksonville, FL, Jessica Bales Creech of Jacksonville, FL and Jared Chase Kimball of Christiansburg, VA. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.
Dorothy was the benefactor to 4 children in South American countries putting them thru school as well as supporting Native American Rights Funding and the National Indian Child Welfare Foundation plus regular donations to support Indian Reservations, Indian Schools and several Veteran charities and the American Heart Association.
