He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cornelius Hall and Iva Gladys Kimbril Hall; and his brothers, Robert Hall, Paul David Hall, Billy Hall and Bradley Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Matthews Hall; his sons, Jeffrey (Kay Hall) and Steve (Monica Hall); his siblings, Brenda Benson of Marietta, Dan Hall of Villa Rica and Eddie Hall of Gadsden, Alabama; his grandchildren, Kasi Winkles, Cale Hall, Zachary Hall and Garrett Hall; and his great grandchildren, Abbey Winkles and Mason Winkles. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
