It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald E. York of Mableton, Georgia, who passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur York and Mildred Baird Granville; his son Dennis Michael York; his granddaughter Cynthia York Gossett; and his siblings, Dee Roberts, Malcolm and Ricky Granville.

He is survived by: his wife Mae Long York; his son Jerry York; his sister Lucretia Ragsdale; and his granddaughters, Ginger Westman, Kristy Blatchley, Amber Price and Erin Johnson. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
