He is survived by: his wife Janice Hopkins; his mother Edith Hopkins; his daughters, Marcy Davis (Scott) of Aragon and Sara Scharfnorth (Buck) of Bremen; his grandchildren, Casey and Chris; and his sisters, Beth Nesbit of Rome, Carolyn Bentley of Buchanan and Jenny Garrett of Rockmart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
