He was predeceased by: his wife Melba Jeanelle Vansant. He is survived by: his sons, Wayne Vansant of Mableton and Nick Vansant (Kemie) of Yorkville; his sisters, Doris Huckabee, Margaret Tidwell (Gene) and Carol Ellis (Guy "Buddy"); and his grandchildren, Tamara, Tiffany, Trisha and Tyler. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; and many beloved extended family and friends.
