She is survived by: her children, Jack (Cindy Butler), Vicki Adams (Phillip), April Dinsmore, Barbara Queen, David Kilgore and Catherine Gaskin; her grandchildren, Jana Driskell, Lauren Butler, Nicholas Butler and Madison Dinsmore; and her great grandchildren, Nicholas Butler and Jayden Smith.
