It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles W. Baxter of Mableton, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on April 27, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lee Baxter and Alma Baxter; his wife Ella Grace Baxter of Antioch, GA; and his brothers, Marshall Baxter and Marvin Baxter.
He is survived by: his children, Valissa Berryhill (Randy) of Simpsonville, SC and Charles "Chip" Baxter (Tammy) of Douglasville, GA; and his sister-in-law Dot Baxter of Powder Springs, GA. He is also survived by four grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
