He is survived by: his wife Ann Ray Emmons; his children, Debra Samples, Steve Vaughn (Diane) and Lamar Vaughn (Brenda); his brother Charles Emmons (Caroline); his grandchildren, Seventeen and Joshua Little; and his sister Jeanette Emmons. He is also survived by great-grandchildren and one great-great- grandchild.
