He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Alton Powell and Carolyn Bailey Ward. He is survived by: his children, Casey Powell of Atlanta and Shane Powell of Dothan; his brother Marty Powell of Warner Robins; and his grandsons, Jacob Powell and Finn Underwood.
