He is survived by: his cousins, Cleveland Burkhalter, Susan Nettles (Chris), Connie Deal (Jimmy), Sandra Lowery, Eric Peavy, Betty Peavy and Lane Nelson (Marian); and his caregiver Nan Johnson.
