She was predeceased by: her father Joseph M. Parker Jr.; her grandparents, Dona T. Horne, James Olan Priester, Joseph M. Parker and Kate Parker; and her uncles, Robert P. Brownell and Arlie C. Horne.
She is survived by: her mother Pamela Priester; her sister Katie Finch; her nephew Jackson; her niece Adeline Finch; and her aunt Talley Brownell.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home (310 North St W, Vidalia, GA 30475). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home (310 North St W, Vidalia, GA 30475).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to ASPCA at their website aspca.org as Kelly was a lover of all animals, but especially dogs and cats.
