With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vicki Lynette Smallan of Lyerly, Georgia, born in Trion, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 13, 2024 at the age of 74. She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Lonette Smallan and Venice Estelle White Smallan; and her sister Barbara Edwards. She is survived by: her sons, Barry Bowman (Connie) and Brian Bowman (Angie); her sister Peggy Johnston; her grandchildren, Brad Bowman (Brandi), Dalton Bowman (Mallory), Branson Bowman (Ansley), Bladyn Bowman and Brystal Bowman; and her close friends, Sheila King and Gilda Anderson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
