He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Mills and Mary Jo Cain Mills; his brother Hugh Mills; and his granddaughter Destiny Kimbrough. He is survived by: his daughter Missy Kinney (Robert); and his grandchildren, Tyler Noles (Emily), Jasmine Kimbrough and R. J. Kinney. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mason Funeral Home (320 GA-48, Summerville, GA 30747). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
