He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Grady Perkins, Sr. and Daisy Dean Wofford Perkins; his wife Annie Carr Perkins; his siblings, Charles Wesley Perkins, Alfred Lamar Perkins, Helen F. Perkins and Bobbie Jean West; and his brother-in-law Randy Allen.
He is survived by: his siblings, Doris Allen and George E. Sr.; and his sister-in-law Linda Perkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
