He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Young and Willie Parker Young; his daughter Deborah McGuire; his siblings, Herman Young, Harold Young and Rachel McNair; and his granddaughter Heather Gomez.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Agan Young; his daughters, Brenda Gale Young and Melissa Milam; his stepdaughter Sherrie Dunaway (Wayne); and his brothers, John Young (Liz) and Bill Young (Betty). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
