He is survived by: his son Kelly Damonne Wiggins, II; his stepson Terrance Reames; his former wife Rosemary Wiggins; his siblings, Beverly McSears (Donnie), Merial Wiggins, Jr. (Jeanetta), Gary Jerome Wiggins and Joey L. Wiggins; and his aunts, Earnestine Finley (Waldo), Bonita Bethea (Jeffery) and Letty Wiggins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Following the guidelines of COVID-19, the family is enforcing that all attendees wear a mask and practice social distancing.
