He was predeceased by: his parents, Sanders Linton Ratliff and Ethel Estelle Kelley Ratliff; his wife Joan Henderson Ratliff; and his siblings, Doris Everett, Patsy Wiggins, Charles Ratliff, Duane "Red" Ratliff and Kelley Ratliff.
He is survived by: his daughter Brandi; his son-in-law Jason Harris; his sons, Shane (Emily Ratliff), Bobby (DeAnna Ratliff) and Billy (Mitzi Ratliff); and his grandchildren, Carter Montgomery and Branson Ratliff.
