He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Hill and Evelyn Nadine-Crawford Ragland; and his siblings, L. D. Ragland, Wilburn Ragland and Clyde Ragland.
He is survived by: his wife Jan Ragland; his sons, Britt Ragland (Missy) and Shane Ragland (Jennifer); his sister Betty Joyce Rackley; and his grandchildren, Kennedi Wilson, Alexa Ragland, Carsen Ragland, Evan Ragland, Blaine Ragland and Bella Ragland. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
The family requests no flowers and suggest contributions to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Lyerly Cemetery.
