It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Maureen Evans of Lyerly, Georgia, born in Trion, Georgia, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Geary Voy; her husband Bobby Evans; her children, Timothy Evans, Tammy Manness and Cindy Hayes; and her granddaughter Amanda Butler.
She is survived by: her daughter Annette Hernandez (Nick); her sons-in-law, Rev. David Hayes and George Mannes; and her grandchildren, Leigha Parker (Kevin), Emily Hurley (Josh), Sarah Cook (Andrew), Jodi Byers, Joshua Barnes (Tiffany), Evan Hernandez, Krissa Hernandez, Lacie Hunter (Chance), Benjamin Welke, Timothy Evans, Shane Evans, Michael McKeehan, Greg Stephens, Todd Stephens and Robin Stephens. She is also survived by 25 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
