She was predeceased by: her parents, John Frank Royer and Ellen Myrle Williams Royer; and her husband Raymond Cecil Beard. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Beard, Donna Shepherd (Whit), Denise Ledford (Mike), David Beard and Donnie Beard (Deborah); and her siblings, Johnny, Betty and Ann. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the South Chapel (3002 Maple Rd SE, Rome, GA 30161). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the East View Cemetery (725 Kingston Ave NE, Rome, GA 30161).
