He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Millican and Thelma Johnson Millican; and his brother Tommy Millican. He is survived by: his son Michael Millican; his siblings, Richard Millican, Roger Millican (April), Bobby Millican (Susan), David Millican, Mary Jo Blackmon (John), June Huskey and Debbie Millican; and his grandchildren, Michaela Millican and Jaron Millican.
