He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Ragland and Elsie Powell Ragland; and his brothers, Joseph H. Potter and William "Bill" Potter. He is survived by: his wife Mary McCrickard Stoner; his daughters, Kristy Stoner Brown and Julie Stoner Schill; his siblings, James T. "Jim" Ragland, Jr. and Margaret Jean Wyrick; and his grandchildren, Chase Brown, William Knutson, Lily Knutson and Poppy Schill.
