He is survived by: his wife Carol Parker Blalock; his children, Steve Blalock, Dwight Blalock (Donna) and Zebbie Brewster (Harold); his stepchildren, Elaine Toles (Stewart), Sidney Tibbs (Pamela) and Randy Tibbs; and his brother Harold Blalock. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
