He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Screws and Evelyn Turner Screws. He is survived by: his wife Debra Screws of Luthersville; and his children, Amber Screws of Villa Rica, Adam, Brandon Screws of Villa Rica, Don Screws, Jr and Tommy Screws of North Carolina. He is also survived by four sisters; one brother; and six grandchildren.
