She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Smallwood and Kenny Smallwood; her husbands, John T. Tumlin Jr. and Master Sergeant Herschel Hamlen (Pat); her siblings, Lorrine Roderigas, Eloise Smallwood, Buren Smallwood and Martha Allen; her daughter-in-law Nancy Tumlin; and her grandson Todd Tumlin.
She is survived by: her sons, John Tumlin III (Joyce), Randy Tumlin, Rodney Tumlin (Melody) and Britt Tumlin (Bridget); her stepdaughter Josie Hamlen; and her sisters, Dorothy Willis and Mary Wooten. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
