He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris William Dillard and Miriam McDowell Dillard. He is survived by: his wife Dianne; and his children, John L. Stephens, Penny L. Goldeman, Patricia L. Lewis and Paula L. Stephens. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
