It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jake Tyler Voorhees of Lumpkin, Georgia, born in Gainesville, Georgia, who passed away on November 15, 2022, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Helen Lingerfelt, Joyce Sullens, Jeanne and Sam Voorhees. He is survived by: his parents, Vance Voorhees and Cindy Sullens Voorhees; his siblings, Kiefer Voorhees and Sydney Voorhees; his grandfather William Sullens; his aunts and uncles, Cathy Wilson, Tona Loggins, Michelle Abercrombie, Denise Voorhees, Jerianne Voorhees, Greg, Frana Sullens, David Voorhees and Calvin Voorhees; his nephew Ryker Ray; and his close friend Sarah Wells. He is also survived by Numerous cousins, other relatives, and friends.
