He is survived by: his children, Christine Jarman, Timothy "Tim" Ammons and Mark Ammons; and his stepchildren, Cindy Yaughn, Sherri Wiggins, Dale Preskitt and Eddie Preskitt. He is also survived by several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
