She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Vanderbilt and Edgar Vanderbilt; her husband Oscar Benjamin Wiggins Jr.; her son Benjamin Gary Wiggins; and her great grandchild Mark Anthony Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Dallas R. Allen (Debbie) and Patricia C. Hutchinson (Dale); her daughter-in-law Jena; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Kimberly, Brandi, Amber and Garrett. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
