He was predeceased by: his parents, Murphey Frank and Mary Eubanks Turner. He is survived by: his children, Kathy T. Prost of Dacula, GA, Judy T. Bowen of Albany, GA, Russell Turner (Michelle) of Lumpkin, GA and Johnny Franklin Turner of Albany, GA; and his siblings, Carollyn Lynch of Lumpkin, GA, Marylou Renew of Lumpkin, GA and John Turner of Dothan, AL. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
