She was predeceased by: her father Earnest Leroy Heath; her husband Walter Johnston; her daughter Janice Brown; and her siblings, Roland Heath and Peggy Jean Walker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joanna Johnston, Penny Brown, Georgia, Jeanne Kilcrease (Tim) of Phenix City and Julie Brazier (Wesley) of Mauk; her brother Johnny Heath (Paula); her grandchildren, Seth, Sophie Brazier, Garth Brown and Shelby Woodall (Caleb); and her siblings-in-law, Wesley Johnston, Trudy Johnston and Lou Heath.
In Lieu of Flowers: may be given in Betty's Memory to Four County Health and Rehab Center.
