It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Walton Griggs (Lumber City, Georgia), who passed away on December 31, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Julious Griggs and Martha Griggs. He is survived by: his children, Tanya Pridgen (Ricky Sr) and Alexander Gene Wallace-Robinson; his siblings, Larry Griggs, Joe Randall Griggs (Mary Alice), Mary Floyd, Marsha Carmichael, Sandra "Michelle" Copeland, Patsy Bonner and Terri Griggs; his grandsons, C. Lasean Green and Ricky N. Pridgen Jr.; and his great grandchild Mariah Janae Green. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
