It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tex Ritter Brewer of Lumber City, Georgia, who passed away on January 23, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Jack Brewer; and his siblings, Virginia Rozier, Frank Brewer and James Brewer. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Mellissa Rogers Brewer; his daughters, Shannon Thomas (Marcus) of Lumber City, Mellissa Brewer of Lumber City and Texee Deen (Lee) of Baxley; his siblings, Tom Brewer (Genethel) of Hazlehurst, Betty Brown (J. D.) of McRae-Helena and Artis Wright; his grandchildren, Michella Brewer, Letisha Brewer (Rocky), Aurora Brewer, Samantha Dean (Matthew), Kailee Deen, Ethan Deen and Elijah Deen; and his great grandchildren, C. J., JerMonei, Adrian, Keturah (Baby Doll), Leilani, Re'Anna and Jaida (Doll Baby). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the Brewer family and Wainright Parlor Funeral Home respectfully ask all in attendance to wear a mask and follow the social distancing guidelines set by our local health district and the CDC.
