He is survived by: his wife Pam Yeomans Holt of Lumber City; his children, Kenneth "Kenny" Holt, III (Deanna) of Jacksonville and Jena Holt McDonald (Kaleb) of Broxton; his siblings, Willie Swain of Lumber City and Teresa McDonald of Birmingham, AL; his grandchildren, Alayna Holt, Ethan Holt, Eli Holt and Jaxon McDonald; and his pets, Dixie and Maggie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vaughn Funeral Home (107 E Oak St, McRae-Helena, GA 31055). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
