She was predeceased by: her parents, James Blankenship and Kathrine Blankenship; and her husband Bernie Junior Howard. She is survived by: her son Bruce Howard (Chandra) of Broxton, GA; her grandson Bruce Allan Howard; and her sister Brenda Blankenship. She is also survived by Great Grandchildren.
