He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Mixon Smith of Lumber City; and his children, Donna Jean Griffin of Hazlehurst, Vickie Ann Murray (Kenneth) of North Carolina, Janet Lynn Burkett (Johnny) of Lumber City, Ronnie Smith of Hazlehurst, Glenn M. Smith (Pam) of Mt Vernon and Gary Smith of Lumber City. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren, thirty nine great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
