She is survived by: her adoptive son Bo Howard of Lumber City, GA; her sister Patricia Lynn Mayfield (Joe) of Bryceville, Florida; her nephews, Chris Mayfield (Sharon), Mark Mayfield, Greg Mayfield (Tahni) and Caleb Howard; and her great-niece Violet Mayfield. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
