She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jasper and Blanche Saxon Lewallen; her husband Roy William Thomas; her brothers, Garland Lewallen and Jimmy Lewallen; and her siblings-in-law, Merlin, Louella Thomas, Wiley, Ruby Thomas, Fay Thomas, Carolyn Lewallen, Ruth Echols, Cline, Susan Thomas, Jewell Thomas, Bill Sharpton and Betty Jo Davis.
She is survived by: her sons, Wayne (Patricia Thomas), Randy (Linda Thomas) and Kevin (Debbie Thomas); her grandchildren, Tiffany Jones (Neal), Carter Thomas (Melissa), Brandon Thomas, Jessica Thomas, Benjamin Thomas (Kaitlin), Rev. Matt Thomas (Amber), Macy Thomas and Elizabeth Childers (Chris); her great grandchildren, Alex, Rory (Valeria), Cayla, Carlie, Dallas, Austin, Taylor, Brennan, Abigail, Ian, Alexandria (Andrew) and Robert; her brothers, Marvin (Joyce Lewallen), Bobby Lewallen, David (Shelby Lewallen) and Danny (Peggy Lewallen); and her sisters-in-law, Reba Nell Lewallen, Virginia Lewallen, Elease Thomas Sharpton, Betty Thomas and Nellie Thomas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, & other relatives.
