Ruth Ella Payne Justus Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2021, at the age of 76, Ruth Ella Payne Justus of Lula, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Holman Payne and Catherine Broome Payne; and her sisters, Annease McDuffie and Ethel Evans. She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia (Jeff Alvord), Pam (Paul Hebert) and Marsha (Wayne Story); and her siblings, Betty Kimsey of Calhoun, GA, Ann Wikle of Cornelia, GA, Carolyn Moody of Baldwin, GA and Tony McDuffie of Baldwin, GA. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, & a host of friends.
