He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian David and Ruby Evelyn Wilson Wiley; and his daughter Amber Kay Wiley. He is survived by: his wife Freda Wiley; his son Shannon Ray; his daughter-in-law Kathy Lynn Wiley; his daughters, Kristie Wright and Brandy Cox; his grandchildren, Tyler Wiley (Caleb Ray Wiley), Jacob Wiley (Andrew East), Leah Hill (J. T. Cox) and Christopher Cox (Hezekiah Hochstedler); his great grandchildren, Braylan Hill, Caraline Joy and Scarlet Wiley; and his sister Miriam McElwaney (Allen).
