He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Owens and Vivian Owens; his wife Jacqueline Mills Owens; and his brother Jack Owens. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Fain; his son-in-law David Jenkins; his sister-in-law Teresa Mills; his brother Richard Owens; his grandchildren, Jesse James Fain and Taylor Jenkins; and his great grandchildren, Ronan Fain and Lilian Watters.
