It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Griffin of Lula, Georgia, born in Johnson City, New York, who passed away on March 16, 2021, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Reed and Maureen Winifred Swingle. She is survived by: her stepparents, Mike and Elisabeth Ostrander of Clarkesville; her son Josh; her daughter-in-law Heather Griffin of Cornelia; her daughter Kristin; her son-in-law Nathan Berry of Demorest; her sister Renee; and her brother-in-law Edward Wilson of Lula. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
