She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Meacacke and Joseph Meacacke, Jr. (Catherine); her grandchildren, Neveah Meacacke, Gerald Kline III, Henry Meacacke, Preston Meacacke, Lane Meacacke and Triton Meacacke; and her sister Debbie Reems. She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
