He was predeceased by: his parents, James O'Brien and Elizabeth Maloney O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Terry O'Brien of Lula; his children, Timothy Paul O'Brien of Cumming and Erin O'Brien Arrendale (David) of Demorest; his siblings, Pat Powers, Mike O'Brien, Sean O'Brien, Brenden O'Brien and Bridgid March; and his grandchildren, Alexis Arrendale, Aidan Arrendale, Reghan O'Brien, Autumn Dyer and Noble Allen.
