He was predeceased by: his father Paul; his wife Leola West Perry; and his children, Len Perry, Tina Wells, Jim Ruh and Chris Ruh.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Ruh (Wendy) of New Jersey, Kaye De Santis (Robert) of Atlanta, Jack A Perry (Rebecca) and Leanne Edwards (David) of Lula; and his siblings, Paula Martin, Lynda Johnson and Brent Perry. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, services will be held at a later date.
