He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Shockley and Willie Ree Brown Shockley; his son Joey Shockley; and his brother William Shockley. He is survived by: his wife Susan Shockley of Lula; his children, Hollie Seawright (Scott) of Ashville, Rodney Shockley (Michele) of Lula and James "Frog" Shockley (Denise) of Lula; his grandchildren, Brooke Seawright, Lilah Seawright, Lexie Seawright, Steven Shockley, Mikayla Shockley, Allen Shockley, Cassida Shockley (Sassy), Kaytlin Shockley, Brandon Shockley and Naomi Trusty; his great grandchildren, Kinsley Shockley, Horace "Ace" Shockley and EllieMae Trusty; and also Anthony Conner.
